I saw the Beat Strings play at The Hub a couple nights back. A lot of people I invited to come had plans but my wife Andi, friend Nick, and I took a back seat and enjoyed the jams. If you haven't taken the time, or have never heard of them, head over to their myspace. (myspace.com/beatstrings) They have a great and original sound and you can't help but move those hips to it!
